Application For Associate Membership
I do hereby apply for active membership in the Red Wing For’em Club. I have attained the age of eighteen years, and I live beyond a 50-mile radius of the Detroit/Windsor tunnel.
I understand the following:
1. The dues are $15.00 per year (American Funds) 2. My membership card and a copy of the Club’s constitution will be given to me at the time my dues are paid 5. I am entitled to purchase a For’em Club pin, for $6.00, which is worn by the membership 6. Membership dues are not a charitable deduction
