We offer both Active and Associate membership in our club. To qualify for active membership, you must be at least 18 years of age and live within a 50 mile radius of Detroit (Detroit/Windsor Tunnel). An associate member must be at least 18 years of age and live beyond a 50-mile radius of Detroit.

Application For Active Membership

I do hereby apply for active membership in the Red Wing For’em Club. I have attained the age of eighteen years. I will serve to the best of my ability on any committee of office as requested by the Club Officers.

I understand the following:

1. There is an initiation fee of $3.00

2. The dues are $25.00 per fiscal year* (if join May – October)

3. The dues are $20.00 per fiscal year* (if join November – April)

4. My membership card and a copy of the Club’s constitution will be given to me at the time my dues are paid

5. I am entitled to purchase a For’em Club pin, for $6.00, which is worn by the membership

6. Membership dues are not a charitable deduction
