raise money for a great cancer support
community and have lots of fun.
Be sure to register under the Red Wings For'em Club! Registration: $30 per walker if you register by September 28th. $40 per walker if you register after September 28th, and/or the day of walk. You may register without paying costs upfront. When prompted to select registration type, choose option that ncludes Fundraising Registration Fee. Next, set up your fundraising page and begin soliciting donations both online and offline. To participate on walk day, you must have raised at least the total of the fees required. For example, if you are registering two adults ($30 each) and one child ($10), you’ll need to raise $70.
We encourage you to get pledges beyond the registration fees to help support our program.

‘Tis the Season to be Jolly, Fa La La La La La La La La!’ Here’s hoping that the For’Em Club members and their families had a wonderful Holiday Season and that 2009 brings health and happiness to us all . . . (another Stanley Cup would be nice too!). Yesterday I went to Turning Point to present them with a check from the Club for $1,000.00, along with another check for $25.00, and Gift Cards totaling over $200.00. They were so appreciative for the generosity of the For’Em Club. It is such a good feeling to know that such generous members, even when times are tough, still reached out to the victims at Turning Point so that their Holiday would be a little better. They are currently trying to raise funds to purchase a larger shelter. A special Thank You to Vicki Frosinos and Debbie Padgett for running the Tin Can Raffle to help raise the money that was donated to Turning Point. You, the members of the For’Em Club, make my job as Charity Chairperson very easy and extremely rewarding! Thank You. Happy New Year to all! |
